I'd recommend Perrys Burnley Kia to a friend because from start to finish of choosing the car and putting a deposit down until I could pay for the car they were amazing Heather and Kerion were really understanding and that made it easier knowing the car I choose would be safe for me to collect when I was able.

I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Kia because , when we went to pick up our new car, it had not been prepared, inside not clean ,outside, marks on paintwork. The paint coating protection we had paid for had not been done. The interior stain protection also not done. We refused to take the car until the work was complete. Alex sales manager, proposed they would deliver the car the day after when the work was completed. He also made sure we got a tank of fuel on delivery for our troubles. Was quite stressful for us at the time. On a plus side we really like the sportage. Just not a nice experience.

Perrys Burnley Kia were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff are brilliant, the location is very easy to access and very comfortable, we were treated with respect and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for our salesman, Anthony.
